We attended The Ben Howard concert on the first of two shows on Wednesday evening, 22 July 2015, and all we can say is WOW! We were blown away with turnout, the quality of the sound and lighting production, Howards’ stage presence and of course his talent in epic proportions!
The fast-rising English singer-songwriter has a voice to behold, he sings from the heart with heavily powerful lyrics accompanied by his talented band and his variety of guitars, from electrifying to gentle finger-picked acoustic – all-in-all a truly talented muso- far from boring and further from the usual folky stuff we are hearing at every turn.
South African fans will have one last opportunity to see him perform live along with Johannesburg support act Bye Beneco before he jets off to Johannesburg for his last show at Zoo Lake on Saturday the 25th of July alongside local support acts Bye Beneco and Farryl Purkiss. Anyone without a ticket still should get them today before they all sell out at www.seedtickets.co.za. It is one of the most incredible live shows you will see this year!
