This International Gin and Tonic Day, reject the mundane and embrace the unexpected!
To celebrate the glorious union of the Gin and Tonic, 9 April – we urge you to try something unusual. While lemons make for a perfectly predictable garnish, the simple cucumber brings out the curious flavours of Hendrick’s Gin, with its infusions of English Cucumber and Bulgarian Rose. Or why not try a weird and wonderful Japanese inspired cocktail courtesy of Suntory Roku Gin.
Below are some delicious cocktails with our current favourite gins:
Roku Gin Wasabi Mule
- 45ml Roku Gin
- 15ml ginger syrup
